This is a safe alternative to a pillow for babies and toddlers. It fits under the crib sheet and gently elevates a child's head, promoting better sleep and better digestion, and relieving nasal congestion. The wedge is 26 inches wide (spanning the width of a standard crib mattress) and tapers over its 14-inch width to a maximum of 3 inches in thickness.
